Shipped via USPS or FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 business days after processing.
International Orders
Delivery times vary by destination. Most international orders arrive within 15–30 business days, depending on your location and local customs clearance.

❌ Changing or Canceling Orders
Need to make a change? No problem.
You can cancel or update your order within 24 hours of placing it — completely free of charge.

🏡 Updating Your Address
If you’ve entered incorrect shipping details, please contact us within 24 hours so we can correct them before dispatch.
Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to modify the delivery address.
📦 Delivery Attempts
Our carriers typically make two delivery attempts.
If both are unsuccessful, your package may be returned to our fulfillment center. Our team will then reach out to arrange redelivery or an alternative solution.
💔 Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in ensuring every order arrives in perfect condition.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at allora@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll send a replacement immediately — at no extra cost to you.
